We are seeking a detail-orientated and motivated Loss Prevention Specialist II (CPA Risk Advisory Consultant) to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success.

About the Role:As a CAMICO Loss Prevention Specialist II, you will:

• Share risk management expertise in response to inquiries received from CPA Firms.
• Stay current with national and regional public accounting issues and trends to assist with formulating suitable advice responsive to related risk management implications.
• Assist the Loss Prevention department with building and managing external resources to enhance and support the demands for risk management content.
• Participate in the development and implementation of training programs offering risk management advice to policyholders and agents.
• Develop/conduct presentations on risk management and other topics of interest to CPAs in public practice.
• Consult as needed with other CAMICO Departments and CAMICO agents.
• Assist with projects as assigned.
  
  

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B.A. or B.S.) from four-year college or university.
• Certified Public Accountant who has practiced in public accounting for a minimum of four (4) years or other equivalent experience to include an individual who has practiced in public accounting for a period of six (6) years.

The hiring range for this position is $90,000 to $125,000 per year. The base pay actually offered will take into account internal equity and also may vary depending on the candidate's geographic region, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience among other factors.
