We are seeking a passionate full-time Boutique Stylist to join our team at our new boutique in Topanga. If you have a passion for luxury fashion, delivering exceptional customer service, and creating unforgettable shopping experiences, this role may be perfect for you.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver an exceptional level of customer service to every guest.
- Understand and assist with the day-to-day retail operations of the boutique.
- Embody the CAMILLA brand, becoming a role model for its culture and values.
- Innovate and find creative ways to meet and exceed customer expectations.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a high-end fashion retail boutique.
- Passion for styling, clienteling, and building lasting customer relationships.
- Ability to meet financial, operational, and service Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
- Lead by example, guiding and inspiring fellow Casual Boutique Stylists.
- Expand CAMILLA's customer base through creative business development initiatives.
