Social Media Content Coordinator
Camille Rose is currently seeking a Social Media Content Coordinator for our team at our Atlanta, GA office. The Social Media Content Coordinator will report to the social media manager to support the Camille Rose team to build and elevate the brand’s social media presence with a focus on developing engaging organic content on TikTok, Meta Pinterest, & YouTube prioritizing original video content across TikTok and Instagram Reels.
This hands-on role will be responsible for executing the brand’s social media content strategy in collaboration with the Social Media Manager. This role will own the development and curation of engaging social-first content including editing written, video, and photo content. A successful candidate will have their finger on the pulse of pop culture and the latest social trends and know when and how to insert the brand in relevant conversations. The ideal applicant must be able to quickly ideate and produce creative, on-trend, and opportunistic video content leveraging the latest native social platform tools. They will actively engage with social communities on behalf of the brand, building relationships with users and identifying new opportunities. They must be curious, collaborative, passionate about social media and culture, and a natural problem solver who thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
● Assist the Social Media Manager in managing the day-to-day operations of our social channels. This includes scheduling posts, writing compelling copy, scripting short-form video content, and ensuring all content aligns with our brand voice and guidelines.
● Supports social media content development, producing and coordinating videos and other social content that is fresh, compelling, entertaining, and engages key audiences.
● Manage the Social media calendar by planning and scheduling posts in advance using scheduling tools to optimize posting times.
● Support our community management efforts by responding to comments, messages, and engaging with our audience across social platforms. Monitor online discussions and ensure that we maintain a positive and active presence, fostering deeper connections with our followers and users.
● Address, or elevate to leadership, negative comments/issues on social media in a timely and appropriate manner.
● Assists with the development, planning and implementation of social media campaigns
● Captures BTS & social first content on set of brand photoshoots & events as needed
● Coordinates with Founder to schedule & manage founder forward content
● Assists with all monthly, quarterly, annual, and campaign-based social media reporting
● Monitors industry updates and proactively identifies creative opportunities for the brand
Requirements:
● Has a demonstrated passion for social media marketing with 2-3 years of experience creating social media content, including vertical video content for TikTok and Instagram
● Has experience managing social media platforms for professional use, including Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, Pinterest, and YouTube
● Experience with social media management and reporting platforms (i.e., Sprout Social, Dash Hudson, etc.)
● Possesses impeccable attention to detail and the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and juggle projects effectively; demonstrates resourcefulness and intellectual curiosity
● Demonstrates excellent communication skills and sharp writing skills
● Has an eye for visual aesthetics, including formatting and layout, and produces polished deliverables
● Meets personal deadlines, and helps ensure that team and creative deadlines are never missed
● Bonus points: Experience with Adobe Creative Suite and video editing software
