This is a full-time on-site role for a Retail Store Manager located in McAllen, TX. The Retail Store Manager will oversee daily operations, ensure customer satisfaction, manage staff, handle inventory, and implement retail loss prevention strategies. Responsibilities include monitoring sales performance, maintaining store standards, providing exceptional customer service, and fostering a positive work environment.
