What you’ll do :
- Proactively identify, source, and pursue potential acquisition targets and strategic acquisition opportunities.
- Conduct thematic market research.
- Conduct proprietary and intermediary outreach.
- Establish and nurture relationships with industry contacts and targets to facilitate deal flow.
- Create and deliver high-quality presentation materials and pitch decks for investment committees and senior stakeholders.
- Perform initial screening and assessments of potential investments, including market potential, strategic fit, and financial performance.
