The Role: Associate Recruitment Consultant (Finance)
This is a full-desk, 360 recruitment role, meaning you’ll be responsible for both sourcing high-caliber candidates and building relationships with new clients through business development. You’ll work closely with our Head of U.S. Finance, learning directly from a proven leader of a high-performing team.
You'll take part in our structured 3-month development program, with 1:1 coaching from our Learning & Development team. We'll teach you the fundamentals of recruitment—everything you need to become a successful consultant.
What You’ll Be Doing...
- Sourcing candidates: Engaging both active and passive talent, assessing aspirations and availability, and maintaining accurate database records
- Career consultancy: Guiding candidates through the interview process and advising on career progression
- Interview coordination: Scheduling and confirming interviews with clients
- Lead generation: Using market intelligence and candidate conversations to identify new business opportunities
- Business development: Building and managing relationships with new and existing clients
- Reference checks: Verifying candidate experience and leveraging insights to open doors with potential clients
- Relationship management: Delivering a high-quality experience to both candidates and clients throughout the process
