Opportunity Available:
Camis is looking for motivated, friendly individuals with experience in customer service to join our call center team. This is a brand new, inbound call center environment focused on making reservations and providing support for campers visiting our beautiful State parks.
What You'll Bring to the Table:
- Fluency in Spanish and English
- At least one year of customer service experience. Call center experience is great, but not required
- A knack for computers and learning new software quickly
- A love of camping - or a love of helping people plan vacations!

The Details:
- Orientation Date: February 27th, 2025
- 9:00am - 2:00pm CT, remote
- Start Date: March 3rd, 2025
- Successful candidates will attend the following training class schedule
- Week 1 and 2 - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm CT
- Week 1 and 2 - Monday - Friday, 8:00am - 4:00pm CT
- Our hours of operation are 7:00am - 11:00pm, 7 days a week
- After training is complete you can expect to be scheduled 10-30 hrs/week within your provided availability
- Office Location: Kenosha, WI
- The rate of pay is starting at $16.75/hour
- Bilingual Assessment: You will be required to complete a Spanish bilingual language assessment prior to beginning your role
- Camis will confirm a date and time for you to complete this assessment prior to Orientation
