Position Title: Kitchen Staff
Position Description: The Kitchen Staff at Pocono Valley Resort play a key role in providing a welcoming dining experience for campers and staff by assisting with meal service and maintaining a clean dining environment. This is a seasonal summer position.
Key Responsibilities:
- Set up and prepare the dining area for meal service.
- Serve food and assist campers and staff as needed.
- Clear tables and maintain the cleanliness of the dining hall after meals.
- Assist cooks and sou chefs with daily kitchen operations.
