Summer Office Manager/Clinical Shadow Summer 2025
Accepting applications for a summer office manager position for the time period of staff training week and Camp Attaway's summer camp session.
Camp Attaway is an award winning three-week therapeutic summer day camp offered to children (ages 7-13) with emotional and behavioral disorders.
Camp Attaway’s mission is to nurture the mind, body, and spirit of children who are missing out on fun, friendship, success, and achievement because of difficulties managing their emotions and behaviors.
Job Duties: Processing camper registration forms, creating weekly camp newsletter, taking camp photos throughout camp days for newsletter and morning slideshows for parents, acquiring camp supplies as needed, email communications with camper parents regarding important notices, information, and sign up for family activities, receiving parent and other phone calls to relay messages to clinical director, assisting with nonclinical aspects of daily camp activities, assisting with submission of incident reports, other administrative tasks as needed.
The office manager will have the opportunity to receive free CPR/First Aid/AED Training prior to the camp session.
Qualifications: Excellent communication skills, office management experience, basic knowledge of word processing (Word, Google sheets and forms), experience working with children preferred.
Dates of employment: June 20th through July 21st (Monday through Friday, no camp on July 4th).
Salary: Commensurate with experience and education.
