Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site role for a Kitchen Manager located in Grand Rapids, MI. The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food preparation and cooking, ensuring food quality and compliance with food safety regulations. The role includes managing kitchen staff, planning menus, coordinating with suppliers, and maintaining inventory. The Kitchen Manager will also oversee the cleanliness and organization of the kitchen.
Qualifications
- Skills in Food Preparation, Cooking, and Food & Beverage management
- Experience in Culinary Management and ensuring Food Quality
- Strong leadership and organizational skills
- Ability to manage kitchen staff and coordinate operations
- Excellent communication skills
- Prior experience in a similar role is beneficial
