What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front Desk Agent (FT) position at Camp Bow Wow Clarkston?
Qualifications:
- Working most weekends and holidays is a must! We do offer bonus incentives.
- Previous kennel experience highly preferred.
- Passion for the care of dogs, no fear of dogs of any size.
- Previous customer service experience/client relations and strong communication skills.
- Strong multi-tasking skills.
- Strong work ethics.
- Dependable transportation.
- Must be dependable and punctual - an absolute requirement!
- Able to lift 40 pounds.

Must be 18 years old.
Responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Greeting all of our campers with love and a smile.
- Answering phones.
- Answering emails.
- Booking boarding, grooming, and interview appointments.
- Ability to learn and perform back of house.
- Monitoring camper's personal belongings, feeding, water, and medication instructions.
- Administering care needs to campers (feeding, water, medications).
- Knowledgeable of basic vaccinations for dogs/ensuring all campers are up-to-date with required vaccines.
- Knowledgeable of operations/day-to-day schedule of campers.
- Attention to detail.
- Checking in/out campers.
