What are the responsibilities and job description for the Front of House (FOH) position at Camp Bow Wow Hutto?
Camp Bow Wow Hutto is looking for a customer service professional to work our front desk. We are located at 600 Lemens Ave, #1000, in Hutto. Our ideal candidate enjoys working with the public and caring for dogs and can multi task a busy office. All employees of Camp Bow Wow are required to work some shifts in our play yards with the dogs.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers and intake dogs for boarding, grooming, and daycare. Escort dogs on leash.
- Dog care duties when free including bathing, feeding, and watering dogs with occasional time in the play yards.
- Promote specials and enrichment options.
- Talk to guests to ensure they have a good experience.
- Address any concerns guests may have.
- Communicate customer requests to the back of house manager.
- Multi-Task in a fun, active environment.
Qualifications
- Ability to work in a team towards a common goal and follow directions.
- Outgoing personality
- Have the ability to lift a minimum of 50-75 pounds of moving fur.
- Good communication skills
- Friendly and positive attitude
- Must love dogs
