- Passionate about dogs and our mission to provide them a safe, fun, and trusted place to stay.
- Comfortable with problem-solving and not become flustered with constant changes.
- Facilitate our processes and systems. Must make sure your team stays on track.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- Dependable, Professional, Team Player, and exhibits a high level of Integrity.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with a skill set to handle people and issues that may arise with integrity and maturity.
- Available on weekends and holidays
- MUST Be Coachable!
Skills You MUST Already Have:
- Excellent communication skills
- Experience leading a Team
- 1 year of customer service and leading a team.
- Passionate about serving dogs and their parents.
- Respectful, Professional, Dependable, and a high level of Integrity. MUST LOVE DOGS - the hair, the mess, etc
