- Comfortable with problem-solving and not become flustered with changes.
- Facilitate our processes and systems.
- Excellent time and task management skills.
- Dependable, Professional, Team Player, and exhibits a high level of Integrity. We have a NO Drama Policy.
- Advanced interpersonal skills with a skill set to handle people and issues that may arise with integrity and maturity.
- Available on weekends and holidays
- MUST Be Coachable!
Skills You MUST Already Have:
- 3 YEARS EXPERIENCE IN DOG GROOMING. Must have Grooming Certificate!
- 1 year of customer service and leading a team.
- Passionate about serving dogs and their parents.
- Respectful, Professional, Dependable, and a high level of Integrity.
- MUST LOVE DOGS - the hair, the mess, etc.

Compensation is based on experience: $40,000-$45,000 annually.

Pay: $20.00 - $23.00 per hour.
