What are the responsibilities and job description for the Camp Counselor Dog Day Care position at Camp Bow Wow?
Camp Bow Wow provides a premiere experience to dogs while their owners are away. Dogs romp together in a supervised, open-play environment during the day, and if they stay the night, they have a private comfy cabin for meals and overnight stay. In addition to day care and overnight boarding, the company also offers personalized enrichment opportunities, grooming services and a rewards-based dog training program.
AM Shift 6:30 AM - 1:00 PM
Weekend 7:00 AM - 1:00 PM

Weekend 1:00 PM - 7:15 PM
Doubles 6:30/7:00 AM - 7:15 PM (on occasion)
Full time schedule is 4 weekday shifts and at least one
weekend shift. 32 -38 hours
Part time schedule is 2-3 weekday shifts and at least one
weekend shift. 18 - 30 hours
Good candidates will have experience working in a kennel,
veterinary office or have extensive personal dog experience. Please include a

Requirements
Professional experience working with dogs in a daycare or
boarding facility, as a vet tech, or vet assistant is preferred, OR extensive
personal dog experience.
Must be able to work one weekend day per week and be
available to work on most holidays.
Reliable and on-time
Capable of very active and physical work including spending
most of the day on your feet, bending, stooping, kneeling, crouching and
reaching. Must be able to lift, transport, and handle 50 pounds.
High school graduate or GED preferred.
