With our flagship location in North Daniel Island/Mount Pleasant thriving, we’re excited to bring our services to West Ashley. We're now hiring a Front Desk Coordinator to be the welcoming face of our new facility.

Responsibilities

*Greet pet parents and their dogs with a warm and welcoming attitude. *Manage check-ins and check-outs for daycare and boarding, ensuring a smooth and efficient process. *Answer phone calls, emails, and customer inquiries in a friendly and professional manner. *Provide pet parents with information about our services, rates, and booking procedures. *Schedule and confirm reservations for daycare and boarding. *Keep detailed records of vaccinations, feeding instructions, and special care needs. *Process payments and handle basic administrative tasks. *Collaborate with the Camp Counselors/Yard Attendants to ensure clear communication on dog care.
Qualifications

*A love for dogs and a passion for providing outstanding customer service. *Strong organizational and multitasking skills. *Excellent communication abilities, both in person and over the phone/email. *Basic computer skills for managing reservations and customer records. *Experience in a customer service or front desk role is preferred but not required. *Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $13.00 - $15.00/hour.
