Front desk personnel needed to keep customer relationships & care for their animals. Scheduling, phone conversations, email communication, staff communication, and data entry are daily tasks. Front of House & Back of House help needed. Must be comfortable caring for dogs of all sizes while maintaining safety & cleaning protocols. Feeding & active supervision of dogs, as well as Front Desk coverage & responsibilities when needed.
Experience Needed :
- 1-2 years of customer service.
- Ability to create customer relationships.
- Computer skills.
- Ability to successfully schedule clients, update client accounts, and enter data efficiently & accurately.
- Overall hospitality skills.
- 1-2 years of professional phone skills.
- Senior leadership skills.
- Experience in the animal care industry, kennel tech equivalent.
- Ability to supervise larger groups of dogs for longer periods of time when needed.
- Overall care of the facility, most importantly the animals.
- Ability to complete basic 'kennel technician' duties.
- Email communications.
