Job Description
We are seeking a Dealer Experience Systems & Process Analyst to join our Outdoor Performance Global Commercial Team. As the Dealer Experience Systems & Process Analyst, you'll ensure consistent and repeatable processes are in place to support the quality and accuracy of order flow. You'll investigate opportunities to improve processes, procedures, capabilities, training, and lead various projects to improve the overall Dealer Experience with our brands, including the implementation of CRM solutions.
This position reports to the Customer Experience Operations Manager and is based in Logan, Utah.
As the Customer Experience Systems & Process Analyst, you will have the opportunity to :
- Lead various projects to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the Dealer Experience Team.
- Develop extensive knowledge of ERP systems to ensure accuracy of order processing and process efficiency.
- Investigate and select tools to improve overall efficiency and service levels of the Dealer Experience team (including CRM solutions).
- Conduct significant problem solving, testing, and research to improve and streamline Dealer Experience processes.
- Create and conduct training on various Dealer Experience related processes and procedures.
- Perform regular quality checks on various Dealer Experience processes and order processing.
- Provide direct support and training to Dealer Experience representatives.
- Support the Dealer Experience and Sales Operations teams as needed.

Pay Range :
Annual Salary : $58,000.00 - $60,000.00
The actual annual salary offered to a candidate will be based on variables including experience, geographic location, education, and skills / achievements, and will be mutually agreed upon at the time of offer.
