What You’ll Do :
- Serve as the primary liaison between community association boards, homeowners, and vendors.
- Guide communities on financial management, governing documents, and strategic planning to achieve their goals.
- Coordinate maintenance projects and ensure operational excellence .
- Provide board members with regular updates, reports, and advice to support informed decision-making .
- Oversee financial performance and budget planning , working alongside accounting teams.
- Utilize CiraNet and other cutting-edge tools to streamline communication and management.
