What You’ll Do :

  • Serve as the  primary liaison  between community association boards, homeowners, and vendors.
  • Guide communities on financial management, governing documents, and strategic planning to achieve their goals.
  • Coordinate maintenance projects and  ensure operational excellence .
  • Provide board members with regular updates, reports, and advice to support  informed decision-making .
  • Oversee  financial performance and budget planning , working alongside accounting teams.
  • Utilize  CiraNet and other cutting-edge tools  to streamline communication and management.

What We’re Looking For :

  • Industry Expertise :  3 years of experience managing community associations or similar roles.
  • CMCA / AMS designation  (or willingness to obtain) preferred.
  • Exceptional Communication :  Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.
  • Problem Solver :  Ability to  anticipate and resolve issues  creatively and effectively.
  • Tech Savvy :  Comfortable using management software and digital collaboration tools.
