CAMP COVE is a new Aussie-inspired neighborhood cafe committed to providing an environment where everyone feels like a local—serving up genuine connections alongside top-notch coffee and fresh, feel-good food. At Camp Cove, it’s more than just a caffeine fix; it’s about creating a welcoming spot where the community comes together.

Overview:
We’re on the lookout for friendly, outgoing Baristas to join the founding team at our first location! This is a daytime gig, so you'll get that sweet work/life balance. Minimum of six month barista experience required.

What you'll do:

• Master the art of crafting killer coffee on a La Marzocco Linea machine; prepare a variety of coffee drinks with care, precision, and that extra bit of love that keeps everyone coming back.
• Be the face of Camp Cove; greet, assist, and serve customers like they’re old friends, creating that laid-back, local vibe that we're all about.
• Understand and consistently follow with Camp Cove recipes, focusing on standard portion sizes, preparation methods, quality standards, kitchen processes and procedures.
• Share the good stuff; know our menu inside out so you can suggest specials, upsell a cheeky house-made treat, or recommend a crowd favorite.
• Handle POS transactions with accuracy and a smile, whether it’s a quick takeaway or a long brunch session.
• Keep things tidy; follow health and safety guidelines like a pro, help keep the cafe sparkling, clean the machines, wipe down counters, tables, restock shelves, and make sure the seating area is always looking its best.
