Job Overview
At CAMP Digital, we depend on our UX Designers to design and develop client websites that deliver impactful digital experiences, enabling customers to effectively showcase their service offerings through CAMP’s patented digital advertising platform. Your expertise in user and advertising experience design is essential to our success.
As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and developing intuitive digital experiences that align with project goals and user needs. Using your expertise in UX best practices—including research, conceptual design, prototyping, and testing—you will craft engaging and seamless interactions that enhance usability and drive engagement.
Collaboration is key in this role, as you will work closely with our clients, client services team, product managers, marketing, and stakeholders to develop user-centric solutions. Your work will span multiple platforms and devices, ensuring a consistent and cohesive experience across all touchpoints.

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement website design strategies, recommending enhancements that align with business initiatives and technical capabilities
- Lead wireframing and prototyping efforts to enhance browsing, search, and transactional experiences on client websites
- Analyze customer goals, behaviors, and needs to inform design decisions.
- Provide input on delivery and release schedules for UX initiatives
- Conduct competitive analysis, market assessments, and heuristic evaluations to inform strategy
- Translate business requirements and user needs into engaging, valuable, and user-friendly design solutions
- Lead usability testing efforts to refine user experiences
- Utilize research and existing data to create personas and experience scenarios
- Design and execute multivariate testing for new features and site improvements
- Collaborate with marketing, design, and digital strategy teams to ensure cohesive brand storytelling
- Identify and implement new tools for user research, engagement measurement, and feedback collection
- Develop and manage content calendars, ensuring timely and strategic content delivery
- Gather feedback from stakeholders and teams to continuously improve site features and user experience.
- Monitor and analyze design performance metrics to refine strategies and maximize engagement
Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in UX strategy, wireframing, prototyping, and usability testing
- Strong analytical skills to assess market trends, competitive landscapes, and user behaviors
- Proficiency in UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Axure, or similar platforms
- Experience in conducting multivariate testing and analyzing web analytics
- Ability to translate complex business requirements into intuitive user experiences
- Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.Experience with web-based analytic tools (Google Analytics, Omniture, etc.)
- Experience working with GAI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Jasper, or Copy.ai) to streamline your workflows
- Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines

- Experience in B2B, digital marketing, or home services industry UX design
Compensation
- Yearly salary is based on experience with a range between $42,000 - $55,000(Dependent on Qualification & Experience)
