At Camp Dudley, we provide a sleep away summer camp opportunity to 300 campers each session. Our sessions are 3 and 1/2 weeks each. We have about 150-200 support staff who live locally and on our campus. At Camp Dudley, our Kitchen Crew provides 3 meals a day to about 500 people. We have a fun and inviting atmosphere and work to integrate our mission and motto into everything we do! Our Mission is to develop moral, personal, physical and leadership skills in the spirit of fellowship and fun, enabling boys and girls to lead lives characterized by devotion to others. Our Motto is "the other fellow first".
This job is for 12 weeks. Our company is looking for a passionate, talented and experienced Head Chef to oversee the daily operations of our Summer Camp. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating a schedule, training and overseeing line cooks, prep cooks, and dishwashers, as well as preparation and production schedules. This position is ideal for an ambitious professional who is eager to be a part of an innovative team.
Responsibilities:
- Serve the most popular dishes to our campers.
- Prepare food in a timely manner.
- Serve prepared food to campers and staff.
- Manage the kitchen crew.
- Be a leader and mentor to young people.

Pay: $1,625.00 - $1,875.00 per week
