Interim Site Director *Current Assistant Site Directors Only*
The Interim Site Director role is open to current Assistant Site Directors that are interested in the Senior Site Director role but may not meet all necessary qualifications. This is an opportunity to take on more responsibility and grow your skill set.
Position Summary: The Site Director is responsible for overall planning, management and supervision of program activities, staff and youth at an assigned site. Main responsibilities of this position are to support program quality, coaching and supervision of staff at site and completing administration work to maintain all licensing standards.
Position: Interim Site Director
Pay: $22.37 - $25.55/hour DOE
Duration: No longer than 9 months
Work Schedule: Monday - Friday 2:00pm - 6:00pm, 2-4 hours additional work daily outside of program time.
FLSA: Part-time, Non-Exempt
Location: Assigned school location, Camp Fire Office Suite 100. 161 Klevin St. Anchorage AK
Supervises: Assistant Site Directors & Program Staff
Reports to: Program Coordinator
Qualifications:
- Minimum age twenty-one (21) years of age.
- Minimum: one (1) year experience working with youth (preferably school-age children) in a group and semi-structured setting required
- Minimum: six (6) months prior experience in staff supervision and management
- Ability to transport all program materials and supplies to site required; ability to visit all program sites as needed; valid driver’s license and access to personal car preferred
