Pet Care at Camp Happy Tails

Camp Happy Tails in Benton, AR is growing and looking for full and part time candidates to join our team at our new location! Our ideal candidates are self-driven, punctual, reliable and hard-working. The positions includes caring for dogs, supervising dogs in play yards, working as a team to keep our facility clean and tidy, and interacting with our 2-legged clients. This position is a physical job, but is very rewarding and fun!

Responsibilities

• Interact in a positive way with dogs of all sizes and breeds.
• Effectively communicate with our clients and team members both orally and written.
• Attention to detail in all tasks
• Cleaning kennels and play areas/yards.
• Provide a positive and safe environment for dogs in our care and co-workers.

Requirements:

• Love and enjoy being with dogs.
• Take initiative to get tasks done
• Be detail oriented.
• Able to follow directions and work independently.
• Have a positive attitude.
• Stable work history.
• Weekends and holidays are required.
• Be able to stand on feet for 2 hours or more.
• Have reliable transportation.
• Have a working phone that can be used to take photos.
• Conduct yourself in a respectful and professional manner at all times.
• Open Availability
• Experience with groups of dogs a plus!

Qualifications

• Comfortable and confident in working with groups of dogs.
• Highly adaptable to various situations and clientele needs.
• Interest in basic dog training
• Ability to work in a fast paced environment
• Supervise animals during various activities.
• Possess a positive attitude and ethics which support our values and culture.

Available shifts and compensation: We have available shifts all days of the week. Compensation is $11.00 - $12.25/hour.
