We are currently seeking a highly organized office manager to assist the administrative team during the summer.
Job Responsibilities: This person will be the first person of contact when visitors arrive at camp, so it's imperative you enjoy interacting with people and working in a team environment.
- Help collect and process camper and staff forms and paperwork
- Return phone calls and messages
- Support Leadership staff with office tasks
- Managing the daily camp schedule including appointments, meetings, phone calls, activity periods, birthdays, etc.
- Working efficiently in software and online-based programs like excel, google drive and others.
- Ordering and managing office supplies
Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office and Excel
- Previous office and clerical experience
- Excellent customer service and phone etiquette
- Organizational and time management abilities
- Ability to manage calendars and perform administrative tasks efficiently
