Camp Laurel, a children’s residential camp in the Belgrade Lakes region of Maine, seeks Buildings and Grounds Assistant. Great opportunity for an individual to become part of the year-round Buildings, Grounds and Operations team at one of the most reputable children’s summer camps in the northeast.
This position works directly with the Building and Grounds Manager and is part of the team responsible for all buildings, grounds and equipment on our 150 acre campus. Ideal candidate has some (or a lot of) experience in one or more of the following: carpentry, plumbing, electric, landscaping. Can also be a “handyman” with a wide variety of interests. Ability to work hard and be flexible is most paramount. Will consider a less-experienced, but motivated individual who wants to be part of a growing team, or a more experienced professional.
