We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Daycare Assistant to join our team. Duties
- Assist in the planning and implementation of age-appropriate educational activities that promote childhood development.
- Supervise children during playtime, meals, and nap times to ensure their safety and well-being.
- Provide individualized attention to children, including those with special needs, to support their learning and development.
- Maintain a clean and organized environment, ensuring that all toys and materials are safe and in good condition.
- Communicate effectively with parents regarding their child's progress and any concerns that may arise.
- Assist with basic caregiving tasks such as diaper changes, feeding infants, and providing comfort to toddlers.
- Participate in training sessions on first aid, child development, and caregiving techniques.
Qualifications
- Some experience working with children in a daycare or educational setting is preferred.
- Familiarity with special education practices is a plus.
- Certification in first aid or CPR is a must.
- Friendly, energetic characteristics
- Experience in infant care, toddler care, or babysitting will be beneficial.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with other staff members.

Pay: $13.50 - $16.00 per hour
