Salary: $1,200/week (Exempt)
Shift: 35hrs a week flex - temporary seasonal

Camp Loyaltown is a overnight summer camp that supports children and adults with developmental and other intellectual disabilities (ages 7 to 80 ).
The LPN works in the Health Center, collaborating with Unit Heads, Counselors, Program Staff, and others to ensure the health and safety of campers and staff.

In this role, you will:
- Administer daily medications and treatments per prescriber’s orders, ensuring proper documentation and compliance with agency policies. Address medication-related issues promptly.
- Monitor camper health, track specific conditions (e.g., seizures, EpiPen use), and collaborate with counselors, kitchen staff, and the Camp RN to maintain care standards.
- Perform pre-session health screenings, liaise with families for care specifics, and follow up on body checks or health concerns upon camper arrival.
- Document incidents, health changes, or emergencies and report to the Nurse Manager. Ensure discharge orders from external care are followed completely and on time.
- Support Health Center operations, including organizing, conducting first aid/triage, running in-patient care, and managing medications during overnight shifts if assigned.
- Comply with all agency policies, promote the agency mission, and act as a mandated reporter for any suspected abuse, neglect, or safety concerns.
We require:
- New York State Licensed LPN Certification
- CPR/AED Certification yearly per DOH regulations
