Requirements:
- Must have TABC and Food Handlers or willing to obtain one
- Check-in and check-out guests efficiently and with a friendly demeanor
- Resolve customer complaints with the highest level of hospitality
- Utilize computer systems for guest management
- Provide troubleshooting support for in-room services
- Maintain knowledge of local attractions and amenities
- Other duties as assigned
