Job Duties:
- Demonstrate and promote the Camp Lucy culture, always positively representing the Company.
- Work within the team to cultivate a positive work environment.
- Follow recipes to Tillie’s standards.
- Execute food production and plating, according to stated spec and timing.
- Maintain a clean, clutter free and organized station always.
Requirements:
- Culinary degree preferred, with 1 year of related work experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- You have a strong sense of urgency.
- You are a team player and have strong communication skills.
- Willing to work a flexible schedule and holidays.
