What are the responsibilities and job description for the Server position at Camp Lucy?
Camp Lucy is hiring a Server for its restaurant & bar, Tillie’s, located at the Camp Lucy Resort in Dripping Springs, TX. We are looking for a personable, friendly team member with a guest first mentality and fantastic work ethic. Much like the family property where it’s located, Tillie’s culinary menu takes what’s familiar and infuses it with an array of innovative international flavors, creating a new set of rules for cuisine in Central Texas. Join us at Tillie’s dining room table for a modern interpretation of classic gourmet dishes and a celebration for what lies ahead.
Requirements:
- Greet customers promptly upon taking a seat in the restaurant.
- Share any specials or make recommendations from the menu for the customer
- Secure drink orders and take food orders in an efficient manner
- Inspect food for accuracy and presentation prior to delivery.
- Maintain a clean table and assist with any refills or requests as needed.
- Complete all side station work and maintain a clean safe environment.
- High work ethic and self-initiative
- Customer service focused
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written,
- Likes to communicate with guests and associates.
- Flexible to work varying schedules to include nights, weekends, and holidays
- We want someone who enjoys working as and being part of a team that provides great experiences for our Guests!
- Experience required, great attitude a must.
- Must be able to work weekends.
- TABC and Food Handler certification required.
