Camp Mah-Kee-Nac Summer Camp Head Basketball Coach and Counselor Opportunity
We are seeking talented individuals with a passion for leading our basketball programming to have the summer of their life.
As a member of our athletics staff, you will serve as a bunk counselor and be responsible for creating engaging age-appropriate programs, instructing clinics, and coaching teams in competitions and tournaments.
Responsibilities include facility maintenance, equipment care and inventory, and serving as an outstanding role model to campers and staff.
To be successful in this role, you must possess a desire to work with campers and staff of varying skill ability levels and be able to coach basketball at multiple skill levels. Coaching experience at club, high school, or college is a plus.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create and implement creative and engaging age-appropriate basketball programs.
- Instruct clinics and coach teams in competitions and tournaments.
- Maintain facilities and ensure the care and inventory of equipment.
- Serve as an outstanding role model to campers and staff.
