Camp Mah-Kee-Nac is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Youth Basketball Coach to lead our summer sports programming. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for creating engaging age-appropriate basketball programs, instructing clinics, and coaching teams in competitions and tournaments.
Responsibilities:
- Create creative and engaging age-appropriate programs with the help of the Athletic Director
- Instruct clinics, as well as coach teams in competitions and tournaments
- Maintain facilities and ensure the care and inventory of equipment
- Serve as an outstanding role model to campers and staff
Qualifications:
- A desire to work with campers and staff of varying skill ability levels
- The ability to coach basketball at multiple skill levels
- Coaching experience at club, high school, or college is a plus
