Overview
We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Bartender to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for mixology and a commitment to providing exceptional service in a fast-paced environment. As a Bartender, you will play a key role in creating memorable experiences for our guests, ensuring they enjoy high-quality beverages and a welcoming atmosphere.
Duties
- Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages according to standard recipes and customer preferences.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
- Engage with customers, taking orders, providing recommendations, and ensuring satisfaction with their drinks.
- Operate the Point of Sale (POS) system efficiently to process orders and manage transactions.
- Monitor inventory levels of bar supplies, including liquor, mixers, garnishes, and glassware; assist in ordering as needed.
- Adhere to all food safety regulations and responsible alcohol service guidelines.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff during catering events or special functions to ensure seamless service.
- Stay updated on beverage trends, cocktail recipes, and menu offerings to enhance guest experience.
Experience
- Previous bartending experience is preferred, particularly in fine dining or nightclub settings.
- Familiarity with Infor POS or similar point-of-sale systems is advantageous.
- Basic math skills are essential for managing transactions accurately and efficiently.
- Knowledge of food safety standards is required to maintain a safe drinking environment.
- Experience in brewing or catering can be beneficial but is not mandatory.
Pay Rate: $10.00 per hour tips
