Lobby Attendant AM Shift

For our High-Energy, High Volume, Full-Service RV Resort we are searching for candidates with the qualifications/experience listed below.

POSITION SUMMARY:

Responsible for the care and cleaning of the hotel lobby, lobby restrooms and public areas to create a welcome and comfortable place for our guests.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Clean lobby and lobby restrooms.
• Sweep and mop lobby, bathrooms and vacuum carpeted areas.
• Restock restroom supplies throughout the day.
• Polish furniture and fixtures, fluff and care for furniture cushions and pillows.
• Polish elevators and clean elevator floors.
• Keep the front of the hotel clean and free of debris and spiderwebs.
• Practice safe working conditions under the Occupational Safety and Health Administration guidelines to include blood borne pathogens.
• Remove all trash from public areas.
• Restock cleaning supplies in lobby housekeeping closet.
• Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards.
• Turn in and record all lost and found items daily.

Qualifications and Requirements

Strong customer focus, customer service and positive attitude. Strong verbal communication skills required with an understanding and ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.

Physical stamina and mobility including ability to reach, kneel, bend with ability to lift, push and pull up to 50 pounds.

Must be willing to work nights, holidays and weekends. Excellent communication skills
