Located on the shores of Crystal Lake in Maine you can guarantee your summer will be filled with gorgeous days, fun, excitement, and memories. Our all-girls camp focuses on independence, confidence, and strength in all aspects of life. We look for counselors with different backgrounds and experiences to become part of our family. Our campers and counselors alike return summer after summer because of the connections and bonds built in just eight short weeks. We believe that well rounded girls grow into well grounded women. We are looking for staff members who are creative, reliable, energetic, and have a passion for working with children. One of our many goals is to offer you an opportunity to learn from our talented mentors and our experienced staff. We want you to continue to develop your coaching and teaching skills and, of course, have fun! We love staff who have a can-do attitude and are willing to get silly with the girls! We are hiring activity specialists in the following areas: hiking, water-skiing, soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, volleyball, swimming, tennis, ropes course (high and low), rock climbing or bouldering, piano player, videographer, black and white photography, silver smith (jewelry making), arts and crafts, ceramics. We also hire counselors who want to live and spend the day with our youngest counselors.

Salaries start at $2,000/Summer and we offer completion bonuses and travel reimbursement. Counselors live on-site and are provided room and board.
