**Requirements:**
- Proven experience in maintenance, preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong electrical skills for repairs and installations
- Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting machinery
- Ability to work with logic controllers for automation systems
- Proficiency in welding techniques
- Excellent leadership abilities to supervise maintenance staff effectively
- Prior experience in facilities maintenance is a plus
