Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Housekeeper/office administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and order in residential and commercial spaces, ensuring a welcoming environment for all clients. This role requires a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. This role will also include working in the office, which will require talking on the phone and making reservations.
Duties
- Perform thorough cleaning of residential and commercial properties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Launder linens and towels, ensuring they are clean and well-presented for use.
- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, and polishing as needed to ensure safety and cleanliness.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing client needs and preferences during cleaning tasks.
- Assist with carpet cleaning as required, using appropriate techniques and equipment.
- Ensure all cleaning supplies are stocked and organized for efficient workflow.
- Report any maintenance issues or safety hazards to management promptly.
- Uphold high standards of cleanliness in accordance with company policies and procedures.
Experience
- Previous experience in residential cleaning or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
- Familiarity with custodial duties in hotel environments is a plus.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients.
- Experience in cooking or meal preparation is a nice-to-have skill but not mandatory.
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and safety protocols is beneficial.

Pay: $16.50 - $18.00 per hour
