Pricing and Receiving Coordinator- Part Time

The Pricing and Receiving Coordinator works closely with department managers and vendor partners in an effort to ensure all pricing policies are consistently delivered to our customers. He/she is responsible for maintaining the overall price integrity within the store as well as overseeing weekly price changes for goods within the store.

Principal Duties

• Greet all customers with a friendly attitude and serve our customers in a friendly, efficient manner
• Maintains and ensures accurate pricing of all store products.
• Executes price changes, ad and display changes and promotional signage within the store.
• Communicates effectively with department managers to execute pricing and promotional programs.
• Provides customer service to guests.
• Learn pricing and financial reporting techniques
• Reports to work at the assigned/scheduled time and may be required to fill in as needed in other customer facing role
• Performs other duties as required

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required

• Must be patient and helpful to exceed the customer’s expectations.
• Must possess basic computer skills to operate scanners, registers, calculators, etc.
• Must be able to follow verbal and written directions in regard to paperwork and daily reporting.
• Must be able to lift a minimum of ten (10) pounds frequently and up to fifty (50) pounds occasionally.

Work Conditions

• Position requires this candidate to work up to 30 hour per week in this part-time position.
• Schedule includes weekends and holidays, flexibility is essential.
• Smoke-free environment that will be primarily indoor work but at times may be exposed to heat/cool outdoor temperatures as well as when entering coolers.
• Fast-paced environment requiring standing up to 8 hours per day.
