What are the responsibilities and job description for the Swim Instructor and Summer Camp Counselor position at Camp Somerset?
Cabin counselors play a dual role at camp, residing with a specific bunk and age group while teaching their expertise to a designated activity area. Within this area, coaches will spend, on average, 3-4 hours per day in the pool and lake. Compensation begins with an age-based salary and travel allowance, with additional bonuses available based on coaching background and expertise. Additional compensation is available for private lessons. Lifeguard and WSI training provided.
