As a Customer Service Representative at CAMP Systems International, Inc., you will handle client inquiries, requests, and needs, utilizing your exceptional customer care skills to provide professional representation of our company. You will become familiar with our software, clientele, and brand, and contribute to the delivery of seamless support and satisfaction to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Respond to client inquiries and requests in a timely and effective manner.
• Assess and address client needs, ensuring seamless support and satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
• Provide expert assistance with client-facing applications, reports, and services.
• Support business interactions, including setup, user access, data processing, and connections to relevant analysts as needed.
• Maintain high standards of telephone and email etiquette, ensuring prompt and professional communication.

Requirements

• Fluency in both English and French.
• Intermediate understanding of computer software and applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming attitude.
