We are currently seeking a Manager of Individual Giving to work in our Midtown Atlanta administrative office.
The Manager of Individual Giving is responsible for creating and implementing a donor pipeline for Camp Twin Lakes. This position reports directly to the Chief Development Officer and will serve as the supervisor and manager for the Annual Fund Coordinator. The Manager of Individual Giving will work closely with all members of the Development Team to identify, cultivate, solicit and steward individual donors for Camp Twin Lakes. In addition to working with the Annual Fund Coordinator to identify donor growth opportunities, this person will specifically work closely with the events team and volunteer programs to identify new leadership donors and facilitate gift upgrades from existing donors. Additionally, this person will manage the Junior Committee and potential "friend-raiser" events facilitated by our current Board members and lead donors. All these efforts should lead to the formation of a portfolio to be managed by the Manager of Individual Giving.
Salary : $70,000 - $70,500
