Camp Twin Lakes (CTL) is a nonprofit organization that has proudly served children and families for over 30 years. We offer year-round recreational, therapeutic, and educational programs annually for more than 10,000 children and families facing serious illnesses, disabilities and life challenges. We are looking for a Part Time Office Assistant to work this summer starting around May 1, 2025 through August 1, 2025. This position will rotate between the Rutledge East and West campuses for a total of 32 hours per week. Days worked will be Sunday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:
Please note other duties may be assigned based on the needs of Camp Twin Lakes.
- Answering the phone
- Answering the gate
- Filing documents
- Purchasing - travel to Wal-Mart, etc. for supplies
- Manage and stock camp store
- Welcome guests, check-in, and orient to camp
- Other duties as assigned by Camp Manager or Business Operations Manager
Additional Requirements:
- Flexible to have one week off during summer for vacation
- Must be at least 18 years
- Must have a valid driver's license
