Job Brief
As the Assistant General Manager, you will work directly with the General Manager to help execute a
premium experience for each camper from their first step onto CAMP to the moment they leave.
Your main focus will be on the Front of House; with an unwavering dedication to creating the most
premium experience. You will be responsible for the training and continued development of your team in
order to drive hospitality forward on any given day. You will participate in the interview process and
implement the on boarding, continued training development along with scheduling through their
tenure and departure with CAMP.
With a strong understanding of the operational needs of the business on a day to day operation and the
magic that is our CAMP culture., you must have a proactive approach to resolution. As a leader at CAMP,

Responsibilities
- Always lead by example of maintaining the core values of CAMP culture within the team consistent across the brand locations
- Work directly with the GM to onboard a team of individuals who embody the CAMP values and have the ability to create a premium CAMP experience for the Front of House
- Once onboarded, oversee the journey of Front of House staff while at CAMP.
- Including the train/develop execution of the day to day management and offboarding
- Input the Front of House schedule into the digital platform based off of GM communication forthe daily staffing requirements that meet the ebb and flow needs of the business
- Successfully and consistently communicate team wins, priorities and best practices for a quality CAMP experience
- Maintain daily CAMP culture with playful activities for a strong overall team health/bonding enthusiasm at CAMP (ie: Western Wednesdays, taking class together etc)
- Address performance issues quickly and respectfully by coaching and documenting the progress
- Support the Retail Dept from a local level including weekly F B and monthly retail inventory
- Create a cadence for ordering of operational supplies and weekly ordering for the needs of the business

Your weekly schedule will consist of 2-3 MOD shifts per week, 1-2 full days at CAMP (total of 4) plus 1 off
site admin day per week. You will receive 16 PTO days off in one calendar year.
