We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join the CAMP team. The Inventory Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing CAMP's inventory performance. This position will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on inventory levels, trends, and projections, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. This hybrid role reports to the Director of Planning and Allocation and is based in NYC.

We are looking for an Inventory Analyst to join the CAMP team. The Inventory Analyst will play a critical role in optimizing CAMP's inventory performance. This position will be responsible for monitoring, analyzing and reporting on inventory levels, trends, and projections, and will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to improve inventory management processes, reduce costs, and enhance efficiency. Key Responsibilities
- Analyze performance metrics, including product turnover and weeks of supply across all inventory locations.
- Monitor inventory levels, execute inter-warehouse transfers, and proactively address potential stock imbalances.
- Investigate and recommend solutions to inventory-related issues, including cycle counts and year-end physical inventory reconciliation.
- Develop and implement launch plans for new stores and product launches.
- Identify excess and obsolete inventory for appropriate action (use up or disposition).
- Leverage data manipulation skills to extract, clean, and transform inventory data for analysis and reporting.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance existing processes and systems related to both finished goods and materials inventory management and reconciliation.
- Bachelor's degree.
- Affinity for number, attention to detail and investigative curiosity.
- Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- 2-3 years of experience in inventory analysis, retail allocation or merchandise planning.
- Strong proficiency in MS Excel and able to work within our existing inventory management software and manual spreadsheets.
- Excellent data manipulation and problem-solving skills.
- Passion for CAMP's mission of blending retail, play, and storytelling in innovative ways.
Salary : $65,000 - $80,000
