We are seeking an Email Solutions Specialist to help clients maximize the effectiveness of our platform, ensuring seamless email operations, deliverability, and performance.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist clients in setting up and optimizing email campaigns using our platform.
- Provide guidance on email deliverability best practices, including sender reputation management, authentication (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and IP management.
- Troubleshoot email-related issues, working with both customers and internal teams to resolve technical problems.
- Educate customers on email compliance standards (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.).
- Collaborate with product and development teams to improve platform features and address client feedback.
- Conduct training sessions and create documentation to enhance user adoption and success.
- Monitor email performance metrics and recommend strategies to improve engagement and deliverability.
Recommended Qualifications
- 2 years of experience in email operations, deliverability, or a related role at a SaaS company or digital agency.
- Strong understanding of IP management, email authentication protocols (SPF, DKIM, DMARC), and sender reputation.
- Familiarity with email marketing platforms, ESPs, and SMTP relay services.
- Experience troubleshooting email deliverability issues and working with ISPs or anti-spam services.
- Knowledge of email compliance regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR).
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Ability to work cross-functionally with customer support, product, and development teams.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Preferred Skills
- Experience with email analytics tools and monitoring platforms (Postmaster Tools, BIMI, etc.).
