Product Designer

Campaign Nucleus is a leading SaaS platform for managing political campaigns and organizations. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a talented Product Designer with a minimum of 3 years of experience to join our team and contribute to the design excellence of our SaaS platform while ensuring brand consistency.

Location

This is an office based position and you would be working from our Fort Lauderdale office. We are an office-based company with US hubs in Fort Lauderdale, Charlotte, and Fort Worth.

Qualifications

You'll have...

• 3 years experience in UX/UI with a preference for 2 of those years in the SaaS industry.
• Must be a self-motivated, well-organized individual who pays close attention to details.
• Possess exceptional visual design skills that demonstrate excellence in the core principles of typography, layout, color, interaction, etc.
• Expert at one or multiple design applications. (e.g., Figma, Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe XD, Sketch, etc.)
• Demonstrate ability to systematically gather relevant information from different sources to address an issue and make a prompt and insightful decision.
• Excellent interpersonal skills including analytical, problem solving, organizational, issue resolution.
• Being able to work towards goals on an individual and team level.
• Experience with Git, Github, and similar source code control practices.

Even better, you may have...

• Production-level experience building complex front-end applications using VueJS
• Experience with Storybook and Figma.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product managers and developers, to understand project requirements and objectives.
• Translate complex concepts into intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces for our SaaS platform, ensuring alignment with the company's brand guidelines.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to effectively communicate design ideas while maintaining brand consistency.
• Conduct user research and gather feedback to inform design decisions and enhance user satisfaction.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UI/UX design, bringing fresh ideas and innovative solutions to the table.
• Work closely with the development team to ensure seamless integration of design elements.
