Campana & Schott Inc. is the New York City-based innovation hub of the Campana & Schott Group, a privately held, 30-year-old management and technology consulting firm with over 400 employees across Europe and the US. We create tangible results for our clients by designing digital solutions including business transformation, digital workplace, customer insights and analytics and creating novel ways of working. In the U.S., Campana & Schott focuses on healthcare and pharmaceuticals, combining digital and technology innovation with change management and transformation to create new momentum.

We are seeking an entrepreneurial consultant to craft and drive Campana & Schott’s expansion into new industries in the U.S. This managing consultant will identify new business opportunities and build and nurture new client accounts. This is a chance to shape and build our U.S. branch to drive our customer’s success.

Day in the Life
  • Lead development of growth strategy to build new client relationships in industries of interest (e.g. Consumer Products, Media & Telecommunications, Financial Institutions, Renewable Energy).
  • Work with leading companies to help define and realize their new age vision, underlying business/operating models, processes, and enabling technology.
  • Engage in efforts to drive innovative solutions for customer engagements and acquisitions by being a trusted partner, demonstrating thought leadership, providing advisory services, and taking accountability.
  • Drive the creation of a sales pipeline that efficiently identifies, qualifies, and converts leads to clients.
  • Prepare and review consulting agreements, non-disclosure agreements, and new business proposals and plans.
  • Manage and lead our account teams to become a key partner for our clients’ managers and senior executives.

Preferred Qualifications
  • A minimum of 8 years of proven work experience, ideally in management consulting and business development.
  • Successful track record in business transformations, project management, agile organizations, and international collaboration.
  • Executive-level leadership, communication, and influencing skills with the ability and personal style to inspire and work successfully with multifaceted audiences.
  • MBA, MSc, or related, from an accredited College or University.
  • Proven track-record of managing client accounts and steering multiple projects at once.
  • Fluency in written and spoken English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a team-oriented mentality.
  • Analytical mindset, entrepreneurial spirit, and self-motivated working attitude.
  • Enjoys working in a dynamic environment.
  • Willingness to travel.
