What are the responsibilities and job description for the Busser/Bus person position at Campania?
Campania takes the best elements of fine and casual dining to create a sophisticated and lively atmosphere centered around authentic Neapolitan pizza. We are a privately owned family of restaurants expanding into locations well-suited for authentic restaurants. We are looking for experienced professionals wishing to grow their career in the hospitality industry on our team.At our new, Canton location we are hiring a Busser whose personality and character is well suited to our mission and are truly the face of Campania. This Busser must be primarily focused on the guest experience with a friendly demeanor. We count on our Busser to set the tone when approaching a table and strive for every guest appreciated and taking care of.

Responsibilities:
· Remove any used tableware between courses and provide any new tableware if needed
· Clear tables after guests have left. Take tableware to dishroom and place silverware, dishes, glassware, etc.in appropriate areas for washing
· Between seatings promptly clean table tops, chairs, and booths. Check floors and clean as required.
· Inspect assigned restrooms periodically and clean as needed
· Communicate with Host/hostess to assure efficient seating, table utilization and customer service
· Assist server as needed with food delivery, assist with removal of any used tableware
· Thank guests as they leave
Qualifications:
-Previous experience as a Busser in a full-service restaurant is preferred
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively interact with staff members and guests.
