GENERAL INFORMATION
Full-time position for an assistant within a comprehensive financial planning/services office in Corinth, MS. The ideal candidate for this role will be highly organized, coachable, and self-motivated. They must also possess strong communication skills both oral and written, along with ability to work independently. Background experience in financial services is strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
-Create investment proposals & insurance illustrations specific to client objectives.
-Develop and send investment, insurance & planning application documents to clients
-Schedule & maintain advisors calendar for meetings, appointments & events
-Update various types of financial software with implemented products
-Assist with internal servicing of client accounts
-Utilize marketing & social media platforms to develop & enhance branding, & client referrals
-Data entry, coordination & onboarding into investment, insurance & planning software
SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Administrative Writing Skills, Microsoft Office Skills, High level of resourcefulness, Salesforce experience is preferred, Managing Processes, Organization, Analyzing Information, Professionalism, Problem Solving, and Written Communication.
College Degree is not required. Benefit packages available
COMPENSATION
-Full-time salary, paid time off, work hour flexibility
